This 4 class series is designed to support families throughout the 4th trimester and beyond. The Core series covers: Normal Infant Sleep, Tips & Tricks: Advice for Every New Parent, The 4th Trimester: Soothing & Bonding and Embracing Your New Normal. The Core Class Series is offered on a rotating basis throughout the year. You are welcome to join the class at any time and continue through the series until you have attended all 4 classes. Classes are baby-friendly!
